Introducing Self Check-In
We’re pleased to announce the next level in service efficiency, with Self Check-In. Designed for even greater convenience, it allows you the option to arrange your own transportation and to drop off your vehicle for its scheduled appointment, without even entering the building.
Here’s how it works:
- You’ll receive a reminder email or text before your scheduled appointment.
- Upon arrival, you simply click the link provided in that email or text.
- You will then be directed to your personalized customer portal where you can review all pertinent information and then check-in.
